These terms govern use of the DrifterIQ platform, including booking pages operated for independent mobile service providers ("Providers") and the DrifterIQ text messaging program. By booking an appointment or opting into text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS messaging program
- Program description: DrifterIQ sends text messages on behalf of Providers. Appointment messages include booking confirmations, reminders, and status updates. Promotional messages include occasional offers and discounts and are sent only with a separate opt-in.
- Opt-in: You opt in by checking the applicable consent box on a DrifterIQ-powered booking page or account settings page, or by giving verbal consent to your Provider when booking by phone. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency: Varies with your appointment activity, typically 2–3 messages per appointment.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. Reply HELP for help, contact your Provider, or email contact@drifteriq.com. You can also manage preferences in your customer account settings.
- Supported carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Bookings and Providers
Providers are independent businesses. Appointments, services, pricing, and service quality are the responsibility of the Provider you book with. DrifterIQ supplies the scheduling, routing, and communication software.
Acceptable use by Providers
Providers using DrifterIQ must only send messages to customers who have consented, must honor opt-outs immediately, and may not use the platform for prohibited content, including unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited marketing messages. DrifterIQ may suspend messaging for violations.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is." DrifterIQ does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the booking or messaging services and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law. Reminders are a convenience; you remain responsible for your appointments.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
