DrifterIQ ("we," "us") provides scheduling, booking, and communication software used by independent mobile service providers ("Providers"), such as barbers, groomers, and detailers, to serve their customers. This policy explains how we collect and use personal information, including mobile phone numbers used for text messaging.

Information we collect

• Booking information — name, email address, mobile phone number, and service address, provided when you book an appointment with a Provider through a DrifterIQ-powered booking page or by phone.
• Communication preferences — your opt-in choices for appointment text messages and for promotional offers, including when and how consent was given.
• Website inquiries — information you submit through the contact form on this site.

Text messaging (SMS)

With your consent, we send text messages on behalf of your Provider. There are two separate categories, each with its own opt-in:

• Appointment messages — booking confirmations, reminders, and status updates for appointments you have scheduled.
• Promotional messages — occasional offers and discounts, such as route-based deals, sent only if you separately opt in.

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message, reply HELP for help, or manage your preferences in your customer account settings. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Mobile number non-sharing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used solely to deliver the messages described above on behalf of the Provider you booked with.

How we use information

• To schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments.
• To send the communications you have opted into.
• To operate, secure, and improve the DrifterIQ platform.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service vendors that help us operate the platform (such as messaging and payment processors), with the Provider you booked with, or as required by law.

Data retention

We retain booking and consent records as long as reasonably necessary for business operations, dispute resolution, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You may opt out of promotional messages at any time without affecting appointment messages, and vice versa. To request access to or deletion of your information, contact us or ask your Provider.
