SMS Opt-In Disclosure

DrifterIQ, a product of Artemis Technology Solutions LLC, provides scheduling, booking, and messaging software used by independent mobile service providers ("Providers"). This page documents exactly how end users opt in to text messages on DrifterIQ-powered booking pages, for example book.drifteriq.com/cured-cutz/book.

Where consent is collected

Consent is collected on the final "Your details" step of the online booking flow, where the customer enters their name, email, and mobile number. Two optional checkboxes, both unchecked by default, appear directly below the mobile number field:

• "Text me confirmations & reminders" — appointment confirmations, reminders, and arrival updates by text.
• "Send me exclusive offers & discounts" — occasional route-based deals by text or email.

Directly below the checkboxes, the form displays this disclosure, with the name of the business the customer is booking with:

Program details

• Opt-in is never required to book. Customers can complete a booking without checking either box.
• Message frequency varies with appointment activity, typically 2–3 messages per appointment.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to cancel; reply HELP for help. Preferences can also be managed in the customer's account settings.
• Consent records (source and timestamp) are stored per customer.
• Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
