DrifterIQ Referral Program Terms
These terms govern DrifterIQ’s referral program between businesses that use DrifterIQ. They are part of the DrifterIQ Terms of Service. Artemis Technology Solutions LLC, doing business as DrifterIQ, runs the program.
1. How it works
- Every eligible business gets a personal referral link in Settings › Billing › Refer a provider.
- When another mobile service business signs up through your link and pays its first DrifterIQ subscription bill, you both receive a $50 credit on your DrifterIQ subscription: theirs comes off their first paid month, yours comes off your next bill after their payment.
- There is no limit on how many businesses you can refer.
2. The credit
- A credit is a reduction of your DrifterIQ subscription price. It is never paid in cash, cannot be transferred, and has no value outside your DrifterIQ bills.
- It applies to your next bill, and whatever it does not use carries to the bill after that. It combines with the founding price and with other referral credits, and with nothing else.
- A credit does not apply to Text Credit packs or other add-ons, and a refund of a pack never affects it.
- Any tax consequence of a credit is yours.
3. Who is eligible
- To refer: a business with a running DrifterIQ subscription (a paid plan or a trial). A business on a free or special arrangement cannot refer or be referred.
- To be referred: a business new to DrifterIQ that signs up through your link or whose early-access request carried your code, and that is not you. One referral per new business: the first link it used counts.
- No self-referrals. A referral is refused when the new business shares your login, your card, your phone number or your email, and a credit already given for it is taken back.
4. When a credit is taken back or refused
- If the referred business’s first paid bill is refunded or disputed, your credit is reversed if it is still unused.
- If the referral turns out to break these terms (a self-referral, a fake business, a sign-up made only to collect the credit), we reverse or refuse the credits and may close the accounts involved.
- A referral that was refused does not reopen on its own; we review on request at contact@drifteriq.com.
5. Sharing your link
- Share your link personally: with other mobile service businesses you know, on your own social accounts, or in your own messages. When you post it publicly, say that you get a credit when someone signs up with it; the text we pre-fill does.
- Do not send it to people who have not asked to hear from you, buy ads on DrifterIQ’s name, post it as a review on an app store, or present yourself as DrifterIQ.
- Keep DrifterIQ’s claims honest: the price, the plans and what they include are what the pricing page says.
6. What the other business sees
The business you refer sees your business name at its checkout (“Referred by {your business}”). You see the referred business’s name, the date and the status of the referral, and nothing else about it.
7. Changes and the end of the program
We may change the credit for future referrals, add conditions, or end the program, with notice in the app or by email. A credit already earned stays. If the program ends, links stop working on the date in the notice.
